A = allifer K = K.
This blog chronicles K & A’s purchase and renovation of a once City-owned house that was abandoned and marked for demolition. Despite the extremely poor condition of the house, we believe it still has potential to become a comfortable home again, and to remain a historical marker in a neighborhood that has lost many of its old homes. Also, the location of the home, nearby to parks, schools, waterfront and downtown activity, offers the advantages that should go with urban living. This project will take many years, but in the end we believe it will be worth it.
